After Venus's visit in Sagittarius, the Goddess of love and beauty now enters into Capricorn where she changes out of her party dress and into some business attire. We’re going to be learning some tough love life lessons while she explores Capricorn energy. Mars in Libra

Today, Mars - the God of war, fuelling our physical energy, drive, passion, and aggression - enters Libra where he is at his weakest influence. Libra is an air energy effecting the mental plane, and Mars is used to exerting brute physical force to get what he wants. Libra will have him playing a game of intellect, asking him to use his charm and wit to manipulate and win his mental debates.

Mars hasn’t been in Libra since 2019, which isn’t a bad thing as Mars is very uncomfortable here. He has to essentially restrain his warrior like physicality and take his energy and focus to the mental battlefield. This will take a bit of an adjustment period for him adapt to, causing a more indecisiveness within him that he doesn’t enjoy. Libra energy is typically very indecisive, and the energy of Libra is taken on by Mars making him very passive-aggressive.

All of these energy influences will effect us. We don’t want to have to restrain ourselves. We don’t want to slow our bodies down to engage in a mental debate. But after we get over the fact that we don’t have much of a choice, we too will adapt and see where we can focus our energies in on pursuing what it is that will restore the balance, peace, and harmony in our lives, and go after it. Of course, with the indecisiveness, it may take a minute to figure out what that actually is.

This is a great time to mediate or defend ones self in a legal matter or in a situation where ideals and beliefs are tested. We have the ability to speaking clearly and confidently and really use Mars’ God-like skills of war in an intellectual forum. Charm and wit is key here. Realizing that getting what you want is still obtainable without exerting raw and aggressive force to get it.

Mars is on his knees during this transit, succumbing to the beauty and genius of Venus, his female counterpart and ruler of Libra, who is currently in Scorpio, Mars’ powerhouse and rulership. This is called mutual reception, when planets are sitting in each other’s powerhouse, and because of this, there will be a push and pull of energies to find a mid-point of balance. Here, he learns to soften those edges and slow his energy down to a more gentle tone, while Venus learns to assert herself to get what she wants and deserves out of her personal relationships.

Venus, the Goddess of love, money, beauty, pleasure, and long-term commitments moves into Libra today giving us a bit of a break as she steps into her place of power. Venus rules over both Taurus and Libra. While in Taurus, Venus is more money and “building” focused, while in Libra she is more consumed with love and finding peace and balance in all we do. While in her place of power, she is very charming, flirty, highly social, and beams with a beauty that shines very bright.

Although her main goal and focus is love and relationships, she remains very cool and detached in her quest to secure long-term relationships. She is evaluating her current positions in life in both love and money, and is truly breaking down what it is that brings her life joy and value. She is willing to compromise and negotiate more fairly under the Libra energy because her ideas of love become a bit more realistic to her compared to some of the imaginary ideals she often gets swept away in.

Heartfelt conversations will be much more easier to have as we want to establish fairness, peace, and balance in our exchanges. We are much more soft spoken and friendly while Venus is in Libra, but because we have other planetary aspects at play, we may just find ourselves having imaginary conversation in our head first.

Venus in Gemini had us divided within ourselves and had us conflicted within our own relationships. We were divided between our heart and our head. We seemed to have different thoughts and opinions compared to those around us. And we definitely felt torn down the middle on everything we had to think about.

Now with Venus entering into soft and sentimental Cancer, we will see a shift within ourselves and our relationships with love, money, and the future, because Cancer is where Venus’ heart feels at home. Venus excels here, she’s comfortable here, which is important because it’s these qualities that will be surfacing for all of us in the coming weeks. Venus’ placement in Cancer triggers her wants, needs, and desires for a home, a family, and something that is so stable and grounding she never has to fear losing it. We tend to reflect on the past to gain perspective on what is most important and where we can level up our own safety and values.

Venus Goes Direct In Gemini

Venus - the Goddess of love, money, and pleasure - first moved into Gemini back on April 3rd. Venus moving into the sign of the twins made us really stop and think about the way we communicate within our relationships, and explore the divide we felt between our hearts & heads.

Venus then went retrograde in Gemini on May 13th, making us reflect on the past to sort out our feelings on how we are going to move ahead in the future. We have had a lot of information thrown at us which challenged our old beliefs. We’ve had to reconsider who in our lives are people of value, and who no longer feels in alignment with who we are and what we want. We have had to re-examine our finances and really contemplate whether or not we’ve been using our skills and talents to the best of our abilities to make the kind of money we deserve and is needed for our financial security. We had some time to rethink what we want our future to look like and who we want to see in it.

As Venus retraced her steps and reflected on these topics, she also was going through her own rebirthing process as she transformed from the brightest star in the night sky to our morning star. This transformation impacts us here on earth because we are entering into a new chapter filled with hope and light. We reached our darkest depths of the shadows we hold deep inside and now we’ve been working to bridge the gap between what are head thinks and what our heart wants.

Now that Venus is going direct, we will gain a lot more clarity around the topics of love and money. We will suddenly see where relationships need to be strengthened, where some relationships need to be released. We will be encouraged to create new ways of income, while we re-arrange our finances and future goals.

Above all, we will now be able to communicate our thoughts and feelings with confidence and with clarity. We have a lot of new ideas and we’ve discovered what it is we actually value. Now is the time where the Gemini energy will work its magic and give us the opportunity to speak our truth, say our peace, and move forward with those we’ve decided are worthy of being a part of our future.

Venus in Gemini supports social interactions and light and fluffy flirting. It was never really recommended to enter into a new relationship during this transit especially while Venus was retrograde. If you did happen to make that kind of commitment, you may find yourself rethinking those arrangements now that Venus is direct and anxious to move forward into the future.

Today, the Goddess of love, beauty, worth and money moves from her place of power in down-to-earth, money hungry Taurus, to airy, fun, and flirty Gemini.

Gemini loves to keep things light-hearted and stimulating. The Gemini energy favours absorbing knowledge and exploring the environment around him. Because Gemini is the sign of the twins, there is much duality that is brought to the focuses of Venus which is always about love, feeling good, and money money money. This will shine a light on Venus's tendency to have a narrowed focus on these subjects. Suddenly the Gemini energy shows her a world of possibilities and options she may have never stumbled upon herself.

There is no opposition here as one would like suspect there would be. Too often we are plagued with an inner conflict, a war between our head and our heart. Venus Enters Taurus

Venus - the Goddess of love, beauty, worth, and money moves from the fiery energy of Aries, to the grounded, earth energy of Taurus. Venus rules over Taurus and as this is her place of both comfort and power, we will feel the effects of this shift much more intensely.

When the Goddess of love, beauty, and money is in Taurus, we shift our focus onto re-evaluating our relationships, what we find beauty and pleasure in, and we amp up our self-worth. Taurus is focused on long-term commitments, long-term foundations, and long-term abundance.

Venus in Taurus will have our relationships on spotlight as we review whether or not they are strong and stable enough to support us in the future. The Goddess of love, beauty, and worth moves out of her super emotional, sexual, and fantasy-like state while being in the watery, emotional sign of Pisces, and enters into Aries. Venus moving into Aries will scream passion as Mars (Aries' ruler) is the male counterpart to Venus.
