ARIES

Just when you were on a roll the Universe pumps the breaks on your progress. You are being slowed down for you to do a bit more thinking and planning before hitting the ground running. This likely is causing some anger and frustrations to arise, but lucky for you we are using that energy to remove emotional blocks and clear the way for a brand new strength and determination. Things aren’t going quite as you had planned back on your birthday, but you are being rerouted for your best interest. You have to learn to pace yourself and not burn through all of your energy so early on in your endeavours. Think about how you can restructure your day and routine to provide yourself with some time to rebalance the scales in your own health and wellness before showing up and being of service to everyone else. You may be consumed with worries and fears as things feel like they are unravelling at the seams. It may feel like the rug has been pulled from under you but rapid changes to your reality is the only way you seem to learn how strong you really are. Today’s Full Moon in Aries is going to be a doozy to those of us consciously aware, and willing to acknowledge our childhood traumas. Aries, known as the child of the Zodiac; is a sign full of energy and passion, and sometimes known to throw tantrums and be hot-headed when things don’t go their way. Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac, is all about initiating new beginnings, starting new projects, and new life paths.

Full Moons traditionally illuminate topics, thoughts, feelings and beliefs within us that need attention in order to transform. This particular Full Moon in Aries is packing a powerful punch, because it is blending together with the energy of Chiron, our wounded healer “planetoid”. This is a favourable aspect even though it’s not going to be fun. This favourable aspect and alignment takes place for the evolvement of our Souls, not for our human comfort levels. Chiron triggers our inner most childhood memories and trauma, and when blended with the Aries Full Moon energy, we are able to recognize those wounds, process them in a way that honours their place in our upbringing and survival, and then we can consciously rewrite the structures that now differ from our inner child's point of view.

Have you ever made a statement that you literally stopped and asked yourself, "Do I really feel that way?" "Where did I learn this thought, belief, or behaviour?" When you get real and start asking yourself the real tough questions about who you are, and how you became this person, you get to decipher what thoughts and beliefs are actually yours, and what are those that others instilled in you. More than likely, you will uncover the fact that many of the belief structures, responses, and reactions were learned from your parents, and childhood environment. Most of the thoughts we have of our past is that made up of a childhood perspective.

Have you gone back to un-learn everything you were ever taught?

The last 5 months has rattled structures and foundations in many people's lives. Roles and responsibilities have been questioned, re-examined, and re-evaluated. Careers have been lost and left behind, leaving many of us having experienced the great awakening in some aspect of our lives. All of this perfect planetary action has taken place to build you up to this moment, where Chiron will team up with Aries in illuminating, or shining a bright light on, the areas of your life that need healing and restructuring. You will be triggered in a way to become aware of these topics. Give them some good thinking time, as the Full Moon intensifies those feelings of past hurts and traumas.

Under Libra's influence of fairness and lovingly gentle ways, recognizing these pains will not hurt nearly as bad, or for nearly as long as before. We are in a beautiful time where time itself, is accelerated. We are able to learn and process information much quicker now. We are literally in an intense, Soul-evolvement bootcamp. We’ve been under intense energy for a very long period of time. So much so, that we are learning life lessons at an accelerated rate! This is all in efforts to raise the global vibration as we focus on raising the vibration within ourselves first.

The really interesting part about this Full Moon, is that it is helping to close out a 20 year cycle of karma as Saturn just stationed direct, along with preparing us for Pluto to go direct on the 4th. Here we have Chiron and the Moon emphasizing all the things we need to start over; new thoughts, new beliefs, new ways of doing our day-to-day routines. Pluto is the planet of transformation. Under this energy, we are able to take all the realizations we have under the Full Moon influence, and be ready to implement action in the areas in which things aren't working for us, and transform it into something that does. This isn't about identifying what isn’t working for us and learning to let it go, this is about recognizing what isn’t working for us in life, and molding it into something that does!

Saturn, the Lord of Karma, ruler of Capricorn and the tough love master himself, goes direct today after being retrograde since the Spring. Saturn rules over hard-work, soul contracts and karmic lessons, and has been doing a number on our inner selves since the great awakening got triggered back in January.

When Saturn is retrograde there’s a destruction of our inner worlds that take place, showing us where the structures of our lives need more attention, strength, and focus, and where in our earthly tasks we need to step up our game.

Saturn going direct today will shift the energy from inside ourselves where it’s been helping us to rebuild the framework of who it is we are, how it is we think and feel about the foundations in our lives, and reworking our inner karma, to our exterior worlds. Whatever you’ve been working hard on, as far as your career goes, will finally start to move forward. The restrictions you’ve faced in all aspects of your life will suddenly be freed up, and the soul and karmic contracts that you’ve completed will now disappear.

Because Saturn has been in it's place of power in Capricorn, an earth sign, we’ve had no choice but to feel slowed down, unable to make things happen. And with that energy came anger, anxiety, and frustration. Deprivation is never fun, but it’s also a great motivator to put in the hard work to create something new preventing you from ever feeling that struggle again.

Saturn being a heavy hitting planet means that this energy is felt on a soul level more than anything. It effects each one of us in different areas of our individual natal charts and creates a reverberatory effect throughout our current life chapter as it begins to move forward. It will take approximately a month for Saturn to get up to it’s normal speed rotating and orbiting though the cosmos. And in that time, we will have another heavy hitting planet, Pluto, come out of its retrograde to implement the power and control we need to actually transform our lives.

Now that Saturn is direct, not only will we begin to feel the weight being lifted off of our souls, but we will see the goals and ambitions we’ve been working towards finally manifest in our realities.

Mercury, the messenger of the Gods, ruling over our mental plane, how we receive information, form new ideas and expressions, and communicate that information outwards, has moved into the deep, dark waters of Scorpio. This particular energy shift will shift our minds into a more analytical state of questioning. We are blending our intellect with our intuition to dig up the important details we’ve shoved to the side within ourselves, and the information we’ve been choosing to avoid in our personal relationships.

The answers we are currently seeking cannot be found in our exterior realities. Instead, we must look within ourselves, trusting the guidance of our intuition and the Universe to reveal to us the details that we need to acknowledge. Mercury moving into Scorpio will be uncomfortable for many people as wading through the emotional and mental shadows within isn’t something that many people are willing to do. We ask ourselves the tough questions when mercury is in scorpio. We ask the tough questions of those we love as well. We want the truth and will stop at nothing to get it even if it means bearing the uncomfortable energy of wading through the deep emotional waters.

Mercury in Scorpio craves a true connection, an authentic connection with those we love. If there are secrets looming in the darkness of your relationships, it is during this transit that they are likely to be illuminated for all to see. Mercury in Scorpio blends our analytical mind with our hypersensitive intuition to reveal details we wouldn’t have otherwise discovered. It probes beyond the surface level of communications to find the deep seated roots of ones behaviour and motives as genuine or as manipulative as they may be.

This energy will be with us until November 3rd, due to mercury going retrograde in Scorpio and then sneaking back into Libra to balance the scales and reveal even deeper truths in our relationships. As the energy to "take action" has been building under the organized and detailed influence of Virgo season, we are now going to hit the ground running looking to balance the areas in life that have gotten out of whack.

Today marks the beginning of the race, triggering the Fall Equinox and the beginning of Libra season. Many of us have been in the awkward space between chapters ending, but new chapters not quite ready to begin. In this last week of September, we will have lots of planetary support to step out of the planning and visualization stage of our new goals and dreams, and into a place of power and action, restoring our energy, mind, body and soul, along the way.

We already have Mercury, the planet of communication and conversation, here in Libra, the sign of balance, harmony, and one-on-one relationships. Remember how Virgo season came with a warning to be mindful about how you speak to others, and yourself? How to be mindful that Virgo energy could make your tongue sharp and maybe exercise critical judgement on yourself or others? Well, with both the Sun and Mercury now in Libra, the energy will provide you with an opportunity to clear the air in any conversation that potentially hurt others or caused confusion during the Virgo season. We can expect everyone to lower their voices and be calmer, more pleasant and gentle.

Libra is a very harmonious sign, offering balance and fairness in all that we do. Because Libra is focused on relationships (not just romantic ones), the way we communicate one-on-one will be heightened as we have the opportunity to clear the air (if needed), and to express ourselves with such ease and kindness that you can get to the bottom of any issue without "shit hitting the fan".

Today we have our Equinox! It is at this time of year that we focus on our abundance, as our ancestors used this time to harvest their crops, to help them last through the dark days of winter. It’s important for you to recognize that this is a changing time in your spiritual journey. It’s a time to quiet the mind and look inward to see what messages come up for you. If you recognize that you have a “lack” perspective (not having enough, money, energy, food, etc.), I invite you to shift your focus on what you DO have, and adopt the abundance perspective (I have love, support, shelter, etc.).

As the seasons change, so do our Souls. This is a time to reflect on all we’ve accomplished and what parts within us that still need to be healed. Winter is a time for healing, so it’s only natural that we shift our focus into tying up lose ends in our harvest period, before entering into a state of hibernation and healing.

The Equinox triggers the Sun moving from its time in Virgo, to entering into Libra officially initiating Libra season. Libra season is a time when the scales of life are balanced, both naturally, or with a gentle, but loving nudge. There is an air about Libra season that literally sweeps change in so gently and peacefully, that you may not even realize the changes have taken place. Libra is all about what is fair in the world. If you have any legal matters on your plate, Libra energy will support you, making sure the decision is as fair as possible.

Venus, the planet of love, beauty, and pleasure, rules Libra making things of love, beauty, and luxury a focal point. Libra gentle sweeps into our lives and makes things balanced and pretty again. The New Moon being in Virgo gives us the opportunity to invite in new ways of thinking, of doing our chores, of operating throughout our daily routine. Virgo energy wants to focus on the details of our lives, getting organized and focused, completing projects from the past to clear the way for new projects that are about to begin.

The New Moon in Virgo is a great time to make a new exercise routine, creating a space and time in your busy day to focus on the health and wellness of your mind, body, and soul. This is a great time to ask yourself how you can help other people as Virgo loves to be of service to a greater and larger community.

In the weeks leading up to a New Moon we may feel stuck, heavy, and weighted down trying to clean things up before a new cycle begins. This is a time of cleansing to fully prepare for all the new you are about to focus on initiating in your life. This New Moon in Virgo is not only going to hep us set foundations down for our future, but it's a time for us to get our head space right.

Virgo is ruled by Mercury, the messenger of the Gods, and has an innate ability to filter through information, to focus in on the details of any matter, and to see very clearly what needs to be done to create safe and secure structures and systems in our lives.

This new moon is also very rooted in the earth element, as we currently have 6 planets in earth signs (2 in Virgo with 3 more planets in Capricorn, and 1 in Taurus). This earth energy slows things down. It makes us work hard setting down the roots we desire in our day to day lives.

With every New Moon, we have an opportunity to set new intentions for the lunar month ahead. Most times the intentions we set carries an energy for up to 6 months. Each zodiac sign carries both positive and negative energies and help us to define what it is we want to change, create, and invite into our lives. The energy of each new moon helps our soul’s evolution through the zodiac wheel and lunar calendar to help us cover the depths and corners of our desires and to enrich us with experiences that will help shape our soul’s expression.

So how do we set New Moon intentions?

If you took my Elemental Energy course, you may remember how we have to align the elements within us in order to actually create and manifest the things we desire. It all starts with a spark of passion (fire energy), becomes a vision in the mental plane (air energy), and when there’s the right kind of emotion attached to it (water energy), we can begin taking action and seeing it come into form in the physical realm (earth energy).

Because each zodiac sign shows us different parts of ourselves, we have 12 unique opportunities throughout the year to better ourselves and refine our soul’s expression. The days prior to a New Moon event are usually highly emotional and maybe even reaching a crisis point with situations arising that cause frustration and dissatisfaction with one’s reality. These darker emotions rise to the surface under the dark phase of the moon to help show us where we need change and where we are no longer satisfied with situations in our reality. We are given these darker emotions as messages to use as a guide to create new intentions which we can ask for under the New Moon’s energy to manifest in our lives.

New Moon intention rituals don’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as having clear and conscious thoughts and visions within your mental plane and heart space, or it can be more complex with energy clearings, written requests, ceremonies under the moon, and offerings to the Universe or our ancestral spirits. You have to find a practice that feels good to you otherwise you aren’t operating from the kind of energy or vibration needed to manifest your desires. You never want to set intentions out of a desperation vibration because all you will manifest is situations that are of the same vibration.

You must hold your frequency at a level that mimics the reality you are asking for. You must hold the vision for your future so strong in your mental plane and heart space, that you can act as though you’ve already received the blessings from the Universe. It is embodying the emotion along with the mental vision as if you were already living in the reality you are trying to manifest.

I advise my clients to do the following:

As we approach the New Moon, I ask that they pay special attention to the situations and emotions that arise that trigger a sense of wanting/needing change. I encourage my clients to pick up a pen and write down on paper what they want, instead of what they don’t want.
I invite them to tidy up their space and organize their surroundings as to clear the energy within their homes. This can be done with sage, incense, music, fresh air, or drumming.
On the night of the New Moon, I encourage my clients to head outside under the moon (even if the weather isn’t clear enough to visibly see the sky), and I encourage them to have a conversation with the Moon Goddess herself. I invite them to connect with the cosmos and to recite all the intentions they had written down, with gratitude and thanks to the Lunar Goddess for making magic happen. It’s always advisable to thank the energies of the cosmos for their guidance and protection they offer us as we manifest new realities.
In a safe manner, I also encourage my clients to burn the piece of paper after reading their intentions to the Universe, allowing the energy you funnelled from your mind, body, and soul, into the paper to be returned back to the earth. I personally always end my moon rituals with the burning of my requests and then a simple statement such as “And so it is!” before heading back indoors. These words affirm to the Universe that the stage has been set and that you are ready so see your reality start shifting in favour of bringing your newly requested intentions to life.
After the New Moon ritual, I personally make my bed with a clean set of sheets knowing that once I provide a clean slate for me to sleep upon, I prepare myself, mind, body, and soul, to awaken to a brand new energy where my intentions have been rooted into my reality and I can awaken with a brand new mindset to work with the energy I’ve created the night before.

Again, your spiritual practice has to consist of actions that feel good and feel right to you! This is a very personal journey of the soul and one size does not fit all. What is important is that you hold love and light in your heart and in your head while you extend your vision requests to the Universe.

Jupiter - the planet of growth, abundance, fortune, and spirituality - starts to move forward after retrograding since May. Jupiter is a major heavy-hitting planet that, along with a few others (Saturn & Pluto) have been involved with the huge events we’ve seen thus far in 2020.

Jupiter entered into Capricorn last December where the focus on old systems, structures such as the government, banking, schooling, & health care systems, celebrities, royalty, and the old paradigm were focused in on and amplified for our our attention. Had Jupiter been acting alone, we would have seen a huge growth in these sectors without all the damage and destruction (thanks Pluto)!

Jupiter went retrograde back in May slowing the external energy down and pulling us inward to really review our belief systems. Jupiter retrograde wanted us to see where inside of us there was room to grow and expand past the old self. Jupiter’s retrograde put the brakes on moving forward, and instead really tested our current status and situations in life.

Globally we seen the topics and themes of the damage and destruction ripping down old outdate structures and ideas hold a certain pace. We’ve been losing our positive mindset with each passing day. We’ve been dealt horrible hands round after round as we try to hold onto what very little optimism we have left. Jupiter has a tendency to put a magnifying glass over everything making it that much more “extra” than it needs to be. That’s partly the reason why 2020 seems so intense is because Jupiter has been amplifying the situations of misfortune around us.

Now with Jupiter going direct, we will start seeing things move forward once again - SLOWLY. We have to keep in mind, Mars just went retrograde pumping the brakes on Jupiter trying to move forward too quickly. It will take a couple of weeks for Jupiter to come out of his deep slumber and get his bearings about all that has transpired as he was deep in la-la land.

None the less, we will start seeing situations move forward especially ones that have been stalled out since the Spring. We will feel a shift in our luck as Jupiter’s retrograde brought a lot of misfortune. And we will start to regain our positive and optimistic outlook as we see the big picture unfold of why these not-so-nice months had to happen.

Although Jupiter going direct is a good thing, it does mean that we can expect a couple of rough patches as he gets up to speed and moves forward on his course. Saturn will be going direct again at the end of the month, and Pluto will follow shortly thereafter. When this trio teams up in the cosmos once again, we may see another intense situation emerge that will amplify the damage and destruction once again. The fear of the “second wave” may not unfold the way you think it will, and instead come at us from another angle.

Regardless, we have to remember that all of these events are divinely scripted by the cosmos to help us evolve to the next level of consciousness, to help propel us through the darkness and into the light. And, to help humanity reach levels of new earth we could have never imagined under the old paradigm.

Depending on where Jupiter has set up shop in your birth chart, you will see those topics and themes resurface in order to move ahead in a new direction.

Today, September 9th, (9/9) marks the end of what has been a "cosmic shitshow" for what has seemed liked years. In reality, the summer packed a whole lot of astrological punches, but today, the cosmic chaos settles as we have reached the completion of a karmic cycle that has helped us determine who has elevated their frequency, or consciousness enough to make the 3D to 5D dimensional leap.

Those of you who are sensitive to energies, no doubt have made the conscious decision to work on yourself and operate from a place of authenticity instead of letting the ego-mind lead your life. Basically, those who live in the heavier energies of negativity, hurt, anger, despair, will remain among that 3D level of consciousness, while those aware of their souls and actions from a place of spirit instead of heavier human programming will go on to vibrate at a higher frequency.

Collectively, with those of us making that leap in consciousness, a new world really is being created. We have chosen to walk this path awake to the energies, spirits, and souls around us, connected to everything that is life. It's more than just being awake to what's happening to the world politically, or economically, it's more than being entertained and consumed with celebrities, gossip, crisis and trauma. Those of us that go out in this world trying to be better than who we were yesterday, and try to help others along the way, we are the ones elevating the worlds vibration and frequency.

Individually we are evolving, and by connecting to one another through a global consciousness, we are doing the painful work of growing without feeling alone. There are more of us out there living in the light than those who are remaining in the dark. Love is winning. And the light that we carry within ourselves to light our own way, and the ways of others, WILL change the world's global vibration. It's a changing time and the comic and diving timing couldn't be more perfect.

The karmic cleansing we’ve been doing since the beginning of the year wiped the slate clean to start fresh with the new lightcodes we received in the 8-8 Lion’s Gate portal. Since then, we’ve been jumping between timelines, letting go of the old, anchoring in the new.

Now in the 9-9 portal, we are cutting the energetic chords to the old for good, and allowing the new timeline be anchored in as the old is released. For many of us, this is a brand new world, a brand new energy, a brand new sense of self. Adjustment periods are never easy, but September will prove to be the most transformative month of them all as we prepare to enter into a brand new age in 2021.

The ascension process is a tough one. It can create a lot of physical symptoms that are energetically triggered by the evolution of our consciousness. Be gentle with yourself. Being in Virgo season has us highly focused on getting organized and making time for own own health and wellness. Counteract the symptoms of ascension with grounding and breathing exercises. Take on a new routine of nurturing yourself. Self-care is of the utmost importance as our physical bodies need time to adjust to our new light bodies.

I have been talking a lot about our energy being upgraded lately, both in my blog posts and to my clients and subscribers. Receiving an energy upgrade is a very real process and has great effects on our physical bodies. Astrological shifts and portal activation are very much focused on upgrading our lightbodies with new frequencies and vibrations.

Although we receive energetic downloads of information all throughout the year, there are some points in our calendar in which the energy is SO great, that it has a Universal effect on all of us "sensitives" as we go through the process of lightening our loads and becoming more enlightened as we travel our spiritual path.

Also known as ascension symptoms, the physical body does actually suffer under these new lighter energy codes as we receive them. Depending on where you're at in your spiritual journey, and how sensitive you currently are to energies, you may be feeling a long list of physical symptoms that just can't be explained or diagnosed by medical professionals.

DISCLAIMER: Always trust your intuition on whether to get certain ailments checked out by a medical physician. When your doctor clears you of suffering from a diagnosable condition, that's when you should take the ascension symptoms into consideration.

Since the eclipse season and the retrogrades, many people (including myself) have seen really weird aches and pains surface in their bodies. Some had old, healed ailments come back out of nowheres, while others were experiencing these aches and pains for the first time with no physical trauma to help explain their existence.

Feeling pressure, on the front of the chest, back of the neck, and in the head (especially sinus pressure) can all be linked to the physical symptoms of an energy upgrade. When we think of our physical bodies in relation to our energy centers (chakras) it becomes much easier to understand which parts of us are under the most influence as we move through the upgrade process.

I myself have been seeing bright flashes of light to my left. Vision changes - blurred vision, light sensitivities, and seeing flashes of light in the peripherals - are all common symptoms of the ascension process, or energy upgrade. The crown chakra is the main focus of my current upgrade. I can only assume the Universe is turning up the dial on my gifts and abilities making me able to see more in the Spirit realm and strengthen my connection to those in Spirit.

Emotionally, people feel like trains wrecks, flip flopping back and forth between being happy, peaceful, calm, and having faith that everything will be okay, to depression, anxiety, panic, and a feeling of hopelessness, all in a short amount of time. These roller coaster of emotions are a perfect example of cycling through the energy upgrade, making leaps and bounds connecting with the Universal consciousness, being infused with all the lighter emotions, connecting with the optimistic future of the 5D + world, only to have the 3D world pull us back down to the heavier emotions of this human experience.

There is a constant push and pull taking place as we shed the old parts of self and embrace the new, but the purge, the cycle we are going through can be very overwhelming and confusing, especially when we aren't aware of the signs and symptoms of an energy upgrade.

Many clients have reached out to me, complaining that their sleep has been disrupted and they are having wild dreams of people and places that they've never encountered before. Please know that as we upgrade our energy and raise our vibration and frequency we connect to a totally different level of dream states than we ever had access to before.

I've been studying dreams for close to 20 years now, and yet still I'm fascinated by the fact that our subconscious mind has more power over us than our waking minds do. Diving deep into dreamwork can expose where your blocks are in your life and what pain and trauma your subconscious mind tries so hard to process while you sleep. What I've noticed, is that when we undergo such powerful energy shifts, we get exposed to parts of our Souls that have been to other dimensions with a whole group of people that we've never met before or have any point of reference of here in this lifetime.

All of these sleep disturbances are perfectly normal under the current circumstances of this energy shift. Taking pointers from our energy centers once again, those sleep disturbances would suggest that your crown chakra is the greatest focus of this upgrade, connecting you to a higher sense of knowing than what you've experienced here in this physical world.

Another common complaint is pain or discomfort in the knees. Whether you are experiencing this pain in both legs or just one, please know that this is where you hold your fear about taking your next steps on your path. If the right side of your body is giving you the issues, chances are you are struggling to embrace the change of your outer world. The fear of providing for yourself and your family, the goals and successes you fear from actually reaching, literally being afraid to take the initiative and start taking ACTION in your life. Where as, the left side indicates the emotional issues we need to resolve to remove the energetic blocks placed on our path.

In no way does this mean that these physical symptoms aren't real and any less painful just because they are energetically manifested. Instead, they are as real as it gets, indicators for us to see what lies underneath of these physical pains, and how to energetically mend them.

I can assure you that you are safe and protected as you go through this process, and that you will never be given more than you can handle. You can always reach out to your Guides and to the ArchAngels to help alleviate some of the symptoms that become too much to deal with.

It's important that you listen to your body and nurture it back to a place of health and alignment. Engaging in energy raising activities can help the transition go faster and be less intense. Below I will include what is a very long list of possible symptoms and include some activities you can try to alleviate the discomfort.

Possible Physical Symptoms you may experience during an energetic upgrade:

Your intuition is heightened and you have an unexplained knowing that something energetically is effecting your body
Aches and pains, tremors and twitches that come and go
Discomfort in your joints
Unexplained fatigue
Pressure in the head, chest, and to your sinus area in particular
Tingles or shocks throughout your body
Temperature fluctuations
Headaches that don't seem like normal headaches, unresponsive to medicine
Blurry vision, seeing flashes or lights out of the corner of your eye
Being overly sensitive to light
Feely very spacey or disoriented
Heart flutters not related to a medical condition or exercise
Sudden panic or nervousness with no known trigger (often dissolves quickly)
Hearing music that is not physically playing in your environment
Hearing conversations as if you were listening to a radio
Ear ringing
Being overly sensitive to sound
Feeling off balance
Hearing electricity
Cold or flu like symptoms that come and go without actually being a full fledged cold or flu
Sleep disturbances
Night sweats
Digestion changes
A change in dietary cravings
Emotional disturbances
Aversion to people, places, things that once brought you joy
Unsure of who you are
Developing new beliefs
Being overwhelmed by groups or crowds
Clumsiness, like gravity is working against you
Forgetfulness, or feeling like there's a lapse in time

A change in how you connect to animals and nature
Seeing patterns and signs from the Universe

Things you can do to try and ease your experience:

Give yourself time outs to check in with yourself, your wants, needs, and desires
Excuse yourself from overwhelming situations to ground your energy
Running your hands under cold water can help you feel more grounded
Listen to positive music (be mindful of the lyrics and the feeling of the music - angry, harsh music should be avoided
Spend time outdoors in nature
Rock or sway to move the energy within
Trust that you will be okay
Take note of dream messages
Eat foods that are healthy nourishment for your body
Soak in salt water baths
Apply heat to your aches
Nurture and care for yourself as if you were taking care of a friend or child
Accept and embrace the changes
Spend time in meditation or yoga
Breathe deeply
Let the emotions come and go, knowing that they are merely visitors and will not stay for long
Forgive yourself for being clumsy
Acknowledge the points of discomfort in your body and ask yourself what the energetic reason is for these pains
Acknowledge the flashes of light as spirit trying to communicate and tell them that you are trying hard to understand them
Be patient with yourself as you upgrade, understanding that it is all for the greater good of who you need to be, to be in alignment with your new goals and dreams

Today, Mars - the God of war - goes retrograde in his place of power. Mars rules over our physical drive, our energy, determination, passion, desires, and even our anger. Mars is a force to be reckoned with, as he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. There can be many causalities as he blazes a path forward not really concerned with the repercussions of his actions as long as he gets what he has his eye on.

Mars rules over both Aries (as a primary ruler) & Scorpio (as a co-ruler with Pluto). He moved into his place of power in Aries on June 27th, and will spend an abnormal amount of time in Aries until January of 2021. This 6 month stay will have dramatic effects on the world both globally, and individually. It’s no surprise that the wars in the streets hit a tipping point once Mars was in his place of power, and now that Mars will be going retrograde, we will see a different side of our own inner warrior.

Mars was aligned with the major heavy hitting planets responsible for the chaos that has been 2020, back in January. This time around though, he is squaring these planets in the sky. To simplify, Mars was once part of the problem, and now he’s looking to fix it. Even with Mars’ great strength and warrior spirit, the heavy hitting planets are no easy feat. Saturn, Jupiter, and Pluto have a job to do (to awaken the masses, destroy the old paradigm, and create a new world out of the good parts that can withhold the storm).

Normally, a retrograde means that the energy that is supposed to be exerted out in the world gets internalized. Mars’ retrograde is a bit different in the fact that it’s a personal planet that only goes retrograde every 2 years.

From now, until November 13th, we will struggle with a few elements as Mars goes through it’s retrograde process. First, we will see how our inner warrior wants to play out the last part of 2020. We have the potential to be a noble warrior, protecting and fighting for what we believing in, exerting our strength from a place of love and moving forward with positivity and optimism. Or, we could be a warrior of destruction.; allowing our passion and anger to take over and force us to be aggressive moving forward lashing out in any way possible to those who oppose our direction or ideals.

The most frustrating part of Mars’ retrograde is that we are still damn well and determined to move forward even if we meet resistance. We can feel our physical energy levels decline and we may lose the fierceness we need to blaze a new path forward. We can wrestle internally with what we truly want and desire. We may feel conflicted with every decision we thought we had already made. This kind of internalize energy can lead to anger, frustration, and self sabotage.

You can get a better idea on what areas of your life will be most effected by this transit by seeing where Mars is currently moving through your chart, and in what house Aries rules for you. There is a lot of energy built up in the Aries sector of the cosmos, as Mars, Chiron, Black Moon Lilith & Mars’ sister Eris are currently positioned. To simplify, there is a huge transformation of energy being concentrated on destroying the old, and transforming into the new. There are huge amounts of energy asking you to heal parts of your identity that no longer align with who you are and who you’re trying to become.

It’s important that you listen to your body and give it the love, attention, and nurturing it needs. Fighting wars - whether they be inside you or in your external reality - takes a toll on one’s health. The urge to push forward bypassing the messages from what your physical body needs will end up in a situation where you may not be physically or emotionally strong enough to embrace the changes you are being faced with.

Mars going retrograde is also taking place on the day the 9/9 portal opens up. I will go into a bit more detail about this event in another post, but, knowing that the 9/9 portal is about our own personal healing as we close and end the last 2 year chapter of struggles and battles should give you a lot of hope for the new timelines we are anchoring in and the new chapters we are initiating.

Please be very cautiously aware of your own personal energy as Mars retrogrades. Be mindful of the anger or frustration that arises within you and use those emotions to guide you to what needs to be healed. Pay attention to your body and give it the rest it deserves, and be patient as you review your inner most desires and what you’re actually passionate about.

Venus, the Goddess of love, money, and long-term commitment moves into the fiery and passionate sign of Leo today. Venus had a hard go in Cancer as she spent many months crying herself to sleep, rebuilding herself from disappointments from the heart, and reeling from the changes that took place within the family dynamic of the home. She spent most her time in Cancer feeling less than and broken. And now that the watery, tearful season is behind her, she can't wait to pick up the mood and dive into the passion of Leo.

Both Venus and Leo love love. They both want to find that special someone and connect on all levels. If you are single, you could find a very intense romance unfold under this energy. If you are already coupled, you will see a resurgence of romance and flirty fun. This is a time where we move forward with an open heart as we just released huge weights and energetic blocks from our heart chakra.

Love will be the focus during Venus’ stay in Leo, as we reconnect with what we are passionate about. Creative projects will be reignited and anything that triggers an intense emotion will want to be expressed and shared.

Venus also wants to focus on her money. Although she is feeling good, positive and confident under this energy, she has a tendency to be a bit to generous and in turn overspend on things that don't really make sense to her long-term commitment and goals.

Venus is always thinking about the future. Even though her hair is down and she's dancing her little heart out under this Leo energy, she is still evaluating what means the most to her as far as her long-term commitment and values go. Any decisions that need to be made under this influence will have a light-heartedness to it to prevent you getting bogged down with the seriousness and responsibility of having to make major life decisions. The good news is, anything trivial that has the potential to drag us down will be tackled with a much more positive and optimistic mind frame. We are finding new worth in our relationships, in how we make our money, and how we are planning for the future.

There are some cautions that come with this energy. Because Venus takes love, money, and commitment very seriously, we have to make sure we don't become overly dramatic in our interactions. We want to avoid over dramatizing ourselves and over sharing our emotions. Of course we don't want to over spend, or commit to anything that our heart doesn't agree with. This is definitely a time where you need to let your heart lead the way.

We are getting the love & relationship party started as the messenger of the Gods and the Goddess of love and money make their move from Virgo into Libra. Libra season is just around the corner which helps us to balance the scales in life, especially where love is concerned.

Mercury was very much at home in its place of power in Virgo, helping us to hone in on the details of our lives, to discern what in our routines and systems needed to stay and what needed to go. Mercury rules over the mental plane, and while in his place of power, really helped us to kick the old, negative programming to the curb. Now that Mercury is entering into Libra, we will be able to analyze our relationships; especially where love & money is concerned. Because Mercury rules over our communications, you will find that your social interactions become much more light-hearted, playful, and fun.

There’s a much more rational approach that we take when diving into matters that effect our relationships status, and it’s a great time to be the mediator within yourself and those tougher conversations that we’ve been putting off. The Full Moon in Pisces reached its peak last night in the the early hours as most of us were asleep. This full moon in Pisces has felt a bit more intense than usual and that’s do to other events taking place in the cosmos.

A Full Moon is a time for endings, closures, and release. Taking place in Pisces, the last zodiac sign of the wheel, the most intuitive and karmically connected sign of them all, will prove to help rid us of fragmented energy still holding on to our aura.

The 8/8 Lion’s gate portal (August 8) downloaded us with lightcodes that were activated and now are being anchored in to our new selves preparing us for our new timelines. This is a shift in consciousness like no other, and the full moon in Pisces is activating the cosmic glue to piece our new energy and vibration together.

We are preparing to enter into a new karmic chapter, where we rid ourselves of the tough lessons and soul contracts from the past, and fully embrace our new energetic vibration and lightcodes moving forward. This particular Full Moon in Pisces will help us to put an ending and closure to an emotional cycle that originally began in February/March 2017, with an intense crisis point connected to the same topic and themes in February/March of 2020.

Pisces is a water sign that carries a strong intuition, connections to the unconscious mind, our inner worlds, and our soul and karmic contracts. It’s a very dreamy and imaginative sign that fuels many of our creatives in the world. Pisces is symbolized by the sign of two fishes, one going one way, the other going in the opposite direction. The Piscean energy is very much about polarity and living in extremes. They experience the light in the brightest form, and feel the darkness of even the darkest abyss. They ebb and from from reality to illusion, and because they are so empathetic, they feel everything very deeply. This also causes them to want to escape and avoid reality.
