Are You Reading The Signs?

The Universe speaks to us in many ways, but in a language of patterns, symbolism and randomness. Some people are very aware of the signs; the repeating patterns and numbers, looking at the clock at the same time, songs on the radio, dreams, wildlife, nature events, even finding coins or feathers.You may have read a few of my posts about having my signs show up in different ways. Often times, it's feathers but now that the seasons are changing the feathers aren't the best way to reach me.I've been struggling, still struggling actually. My life kind of fell apart back in June, and I've been struggling to put the pieces back together ever since. Slowly but surely things are turning around, but it's been a very intense chapter and energy shift. With each phase of the moon, and every planet making a move in the sky, like clockwork my life sectors have been under examination having the deepest details revealed.Growth isn't easy, and healing is even harder. We all spiral though life lessons, healing parts and moving on, only to find ourselves facing those same issues we thought we healed over and over again. We revisit these issues with a new perspective each time, pulling from what we learned in the past. We are given opportunities to apply different reactions and techniques to avoid repeating the same scenario, trauma, and outcome.I am no different. Just because I am able to provide messages of guidance and clarity to my clients, doesn't mean I live an easy path. When it comes to helping myself, I'm lost. I don't receive information from my guides the way I do for others. I have no insights or visions for myself but can clearly point out the path forward for others. So when I'm feeling lost, devastated, hopeless and confused, I rely heavily on the signs. I'm always looking for messages and guidance in anything I can.Sometimes, when my life gets "too loud" I get in the car and drive. I have no real destination or plan I just trust that my intuition will guide me. I dance and sing along to the music, feeling my frequency and vibration raise with every passing minute. I finally calm myself into a state of presence, where it's just me, the music, and the road.Most times I find myself being guided to water. I grew up on a lake and have lived around water my whole life. It's a safe place for me where I can connect, not only to myself, but to Spirit, nature, and the energy of it all.Today was no different. I found myself at the beach. I was the only person there as it's not the nicest weather to be at a beach. I certainly wasn't dressed for the occasion, but if this is where I was being guided to go, then I was happily going to freeze my ass off to be there.[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUcLJfrvtfw] The ocean was roaring. The noise and energy of its vastness struck a nerve in me and brought my emotions to the surface. I sat on a rock staring into the foggy horizon as the cold wind blew right through me. I felt the warmth of the tears fill my eyes and then the cold stream run down my face. I felt alive in a way I hadn't felt in a while.I sat there remembering how I craved to to do this for the years I spent living out west with no water in sight. I remember being out there, unsure of the path I was walking just missing the comfort of the ocean so badly.As I sat there today, giving thanks to the Universe for bringing me back home, I spotted what looked like a person floating in the water off in the distance. I talked myself in and out of the fact that it could be a person, as it got closer. I looked up and down the shoreline and there was no one around. I sat there with the whole beach to myself, wondering if it actually WAS a person, what the f@ck was I going to do about it?! This had my attention and I didn't take my eyes off of it for a second.I watched the waves very quickly push this red thing closer and closer to the shore. It got to a point where i knew it wasn't a person, but still wasn't sure what exactly it was. In a split second, this object travelled very quickly towards me from what had to been hundreds of feet off in the distance when it first caught my eye.It reached the shore and the wind caught it as it touched the sand and blew a red balloon directly at me as I sat on the top of the hill. I grabbed onto the white ribbon tied to it in a state of huge curiosity. Where did this come from? How is no one here to see this happen?[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvHSIMnOHcI] I tied it to the railing of the stairs. I looked up and down the beach and no one was there. I actually found it semi creepy enough of an event that I half expected to see a clown to just randomly appear out of the fog.As I stood there on the beach in front of the ocean, a place that has always healed my soul, I pieced it all together. I asked for a sign, and it doesn't get any clearer than this!Sometimes the Universe speaks to us through the abnormal events in life, and this just happened to be one of those times. Welcome to November!

As the energy of the year comes to an end, don’t think for two-seconds that it will end on a calm note. After October’s whirlwind of emotions, examining ourselves, how we love, and our relationship with money, November is ready to take that knowledge and apply it to our long-term, foundational goals. We had a lot of "ah-ha" moments in October. The Universe essentially slapped the rose-coloured glasses off of our faces and allowed us to see things, and people, for who they really are under the masks that they wear. The New Moon in Scorpio on November 7th, will prove to be another intense one. New Moons are a great time for setting intentions and to invite new energy and practices into your life. The New Moon is normally a bright time. It is a time for us to make things lighter in our lives. However, this New Moon will introduce us a bit more to our darker side. Scorpio, the zodiac of death, rebirth, regeneration, transformation, and all things mystical and taboo, will have us keeping to ourselves a bit more as we explore our deepest and darkest desires. Most times in life we can find what area needs work by what gets spotlighted or highlighted under the influence of the moon.

This New Moon, you will discover what needs attention by the darkness it creates within you. This is a powerful time to keep the inner most details of your future plans to yourself. The power to transform is more potent when it is kept to yourself, allowing it to brew inside you, burning a fire within that will only force you forward in your path. Emotions can become very overwhelming under the influence of Scorpio, but it’s important to not sit in the dark, but instead rise above all of the anger, jealousy, and hate, to a state of love and light. Symbolized by the Phoenix, Scorpio energy encourages you to successfully rise from the ashes, beautifully transformed and regenerated, ready to soar to new heights and reach levels of success that they’ve never experienced before.

On the 23rd, a day after the Sun moves from Scorpio and into Sagittarius, we will experience an energy that will feel a bit chaotic, as we experience the Full Moon in Gemini. Full moons are a time where we see the intentions we set 6 months prior to, come into fruition. This particular Full Moon will be taking place during a Mercury Retrograde. Mercury, Gemini’s natural ruler, will start to move backwards in its orbital path, disrupting communications, how we talk to each other, and how we receive information. Technology is normally affected along with transportation. Anything with moving parts, including the mind, will be under the power of Mercury Retrograde, causing misunderstandings, missed details, and chaotic, distracted energy. Retrogrades are notorious for slowing us down enough to rewind and revisit some topics from our past. Under this Full Moon in Gemini, with the encouraging Sagittarius Sun, we are likely to be transported back in time to reignite a passion project we got distracted with and walked away from.

ARIES (March 21st - April 19th)

October has been exhausting for you. Although you've been very productive, it's been quite a struggle for you to manage your energy and mood while feeling the pressure to complete a certain passion project.

The New Moon in Scorpio will have you quite comfortable in your darkness as you explore some taboos behind closed doors. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to take a bite of the forbidden fruit Aries, but ask yourself, why it is you want to break these rules in the first place? October has really showed you where you have been successful in life Taurus, and nothing is a better indicator than your current financial state. GEMINI (May 21st - June 20th)

October's energy may have left you a bit disappointed and disheartened with the way things turned out. VIRGO (August 23rd - September 22nd)

October brought you some really important "ah-ha moments" Virgo. It validated for you that not only are you on the right path, but you are in such a positive position in life that you're being encouraged to up your game and look a bit ahead to make some long-term goals.

The New Moon in Scorpio will have you being your very best detective as you dive into exploring the hidden details of situations. The Scorpio energy is the great detective of the zodiac and with your analytical ways of thinking, you are excited to grab a shovel and start digging. With your current craving of unearthing details and information in your life, just be warned that you could find yourself being consumed over details that in the larger picture, really don’t matter much. Falling down the rabbit hole and consuming yourself with details that don’t hold much weight in life could leave you wasting time and proving to be very unproductive.

 With only one day of Scorpio season under our belt, we are now under the intense, transformative influence of the Full Moon in Taurus. Hello Pisces!

September was pretty kind to you as you seen the hopes and wishes you had for yourself come true in a lot of ways.  Your relationships and partnerships got a bit more playful and you really got to balance out how you share your time with those you love. After many endings over the last few months, you were pretty happy to see September offering you a space to settle down in, and concentrate more on building a foundation for your future. On October 8th, we have a New Moon in Libra taking place in your 8th house of death, rebirth, and regeneration. You will be heavily focused on how to bring an element of balance and fairness into your relationships and transform elements some not-so-good elements into much better elements to work with. Although you’ve had September to settle many of the things that required adjustment, there are still some tweaking that needs to ironed out.

On the 24th we have a Full Moon in Taurus taking place in your 3rd house of communication, community, and siblings. How I Deal With Non-Believers

Recently, I had the experience where a stranger had commented on one of my Weekly Insight posts on Facebook, making the comment that they didn't believe in "this" or in mediums.I had responded to that comment, first in my head thinking, "Ugh, why do people feel the need to comment like this instead of just moving onto the next thing in their newsfeed?" Then in my heart, "My God, how broken this person must be to make a point of commenting like this. It's so sad that he feels this way!" And then, with my words, "That's fine, you are entitled to your beliefs... Feel free to not visit my page again... <3"To my surprise, I got quite a bit of support from some followers on my page. I wasn't surprised that they are awesome, because that I know, but surprised my comment received that kind of reaction. The comment I made got many likes and hearts. I even had people reaching out to me, expressing how frustrating people who chose to stand out in that way (among a community who obviously believes very much in Spirit, the Universe, and their version of God), actually are.I feel sad for people aren't open to things they don't understand or aren't familiar with. I, in no way want people to believe in what I believe in, just for the sake of being "right". I do however, want people to believe in something, regardless of whether that be in alignment to my own personal thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. I feel disappointed when people feel the need to stand up for themselves, JUST to oppose others.I don't feel good when people are closed minded. I feel like that's where our greatest divide happens here on earth. We as humans (egos), are programmed to want to be right, and to get others to be on our side.When people, (like this gentleman) who go out of their way to comment on a post, (an intuitive exercise to be in touch with our souls, that actually provides many people comfort and confirmation of their own intuitive thoughts and feelings), hurts my soul. Not because I want him to believe in what I believe, not because I want him to like my page or my post, but because it hurts my Soul to think he has denied love to a part of himself, by not being open to others, out of fear.Not being open to others, suggesting that because they don't believe in the same things must make them wrong for believing in such things, that division, has made us into the monstrous species that we are today.Divided by race, sex, religion, and politics; (actually, humans have taken that to the extremes with serious divides among sports teams, and even such topics such as vaccines and what color the dress looks like to you), we are in constant opposition. Most of the time, over stupid sh*t!We have many awakened Souls around the world from all races, all sexes, religions, (and sports teams-haha), that recognize that our Souls all come from same source, that we all worship the same "God" just under different names. Because of that awareness, we recognize that we are all sources of love. When we see how we are all connected, we are open to love instead of fear. We then recognize where love needs to be infused, by that in which we choose to divide us.The earth, and its current state of energetic vibration and frequency, is in a war over love. In every corner of the earth, we are seeing horrendous acts of darkness, of hate, of fear. And in those same corners of darkness, we have individuals who recognize our Soul's connection, who recognize right versus wrong, and who recognize love versus fear, and over and over again, they choose love. They stand up, and act as a beacon of light and love for the rest of the world to see.On many platforms in our world right now, we are seeing huge, historic, movements of love, from unbelievable situations of hate. The women's rights movement is very much alive and well, our global politics are beyond bizarre, and so many life lessons being learned on a global level. We have had some of the most powerful souls, sent here to earth, in this lifetime, under this specific Soul contract, showing up here, enduring horrible acts of darkness, and in the face of fear, they choose love.To stand up for one's self, is standing up Souls all around the world. These Souls are here, living out their own Soul Contracts for the greater good of the global frequency to tune into love over hate. We are choosing love in the most hateful of situations. We are proving that when you are in touch with that deeper part of you, regardless of your sex, your race, or your beliefs, you are able to honor others, even if they are different from you.So the only way to deal with these "non-believers", is to love them on their path. They aren't ready to be opened up to a world inside them that identifies with what it is they fear. They aren't ready to evolve that part of their Soul. We have to assume that their Soul contract here on earth, is to learn lessons that will help their Soul evolve to the point where it not only recognizes the Soul and oneness in others, but that they are open to the Soul, the source of love for all beings, residing within themselves.So to those of you who liked my response to this man's out-of-place-comment, Thank You! Not only for your support, but for being open enough within your own selves, that you can recognize when another Soul isn't aware of its earthly mission, which is to love. You being open, and aware, in touch, and connected with your Soul, the Souls of others, and showing love in opposition to hate, has helped our global frequency to pulsate even more love into the Universe. The energy Behind Our Routines

Have you ever noticed that when you are deep into a daily routine such as driving, washing the dishes, or even vacuuming, that suddenly your mind slips away and all of a sudden you’re done your task?I don’t know how many times I’ve arrived at my destination only to wonder where I was while I was driving. I know it doesn’t sound safe, but for most of us, driving is such second nature that we can successfully complete the task without really thinking about it. These mundane human tasks become so second nature that we usually allow our mind to wonder while we do them. Think of how many times you’ve actually gotten behind the wheel, how many times you’ve done dishes, or folded laundry. Think of how automatic it is to do and complete those tasks, (even though most of them aren’t that fun).The physical and metal energy we put behind these tasks are actually quite minimal. We have become so accustomed to doing these tasks that it’s mainly muscle memory that makes this happen without us being conscious of actually doing them. I’m a huge promoter of being present, even while doing the not so fun things in life, because it brings an element of presence into what we are doing. It focuses the energy into what you’re doing so at least the tasks get completed with a bit of your focus and energy infused into all you do.Have you ever heard a cook say that their food is made with love? Well that can only happen if it’s a conscious intent and effort that they stay present during the cooking process, and are aware of the thoughts running through them as they do it. If the cook was hateful and didn’t want to be preparing the food but doing it because they had to, no doubt you’d taste the lack of love put into their dish.When you remain focused while doing a task, you will be able to see the difference in the results. Okay, so really, who needs their laundry folded with love?! Well, everyone does actually!!Instead of throwing your energy outside of the task, whether it be by thinking about the chore list, what your day looks like tomorrow, or how much you hate your job, your energy isn’t present.On the day of the Equinox, when the Sun moved into Libra, I, for some unplanned and unintended reason, decided to change my bedroom around. It wasn’t something I had even thought about, it just happened. Just as the gentle and loving breath of fresh air from the Equinox and Libra energy blew in, so did a whole new energy.I recommend switching your living environment up with each change of season. It’s good to change things around and infuse a new energy into your space. Moving things around and decluttering while you do it, is a great way to stir the energies up, before establishing a new energy for the environment. I always recommend cleansing your space with a sage session to purify the air and energy from fragmented energies that get stirred up during the switch up.What I found super interesting, is that the new room arrangement caused me to get out of bed on the opposite side of the bed then I was used to. It made me think, “How many years do we spend getting out of bed in the morning the exact same way?” The answer might shock you!Many of us “have a side” that we prefer, and never switch it up. We as humans are creatures of habit and don’t normally like to switch things up unless we have to. The first night I slept in the newly arranged room, I was a bit disoriented to wake up in the middle of the night and not recognize my surroundings. That morning, I got out of bed, on the wrong, or should I say, right side of the bed. I normally sleep on the left side of the bed and have done so for many years. But today was a new day, I got out of bed on the opposite side of the bed than I normally do, and to my surprise, had a GREAT day! My energy felt different, and it lasted throughout the day.When I got into bed the next night, I thought to myself how funny it would be to think about how maybe, I’ve been getting out of bed on the wrong side all these years, and how maybe now, I will have better energy and luck getting out of the opposite side. Could it really be THAT easy?! Well, I hope so!I have had great energy days since the changing of the room. I can only hope that the fresh air of Libra season, the seasonal shift of the Equinox, and this powerful Full Moon in Aries leading the way to the powerful transformation under Pluto’s direct energy, will make a positive everlasting change in my life, and yours too!I challenge you to do something different! Whether it’s vacuuming your carpet in the opposite direction than you normally do, washing the dishes with a different focus or intent, or simply getting out of bed on the opposite side than you’re used to, switch things up and see how it impacts your energy.There are so many different things we can do in the run of our day to switch up our energy. If you find yourself in a funk, try doing things differently than you normally would to see how that effects your overall vibe. Full Moon In Aries

Today’s Full Moon in Aries is going to be a doozy to those of us consciously aware, and willing to acknowledge our childhood traumas. Aries, known as the child of the Zodiac; is a sign full of energy and passion, and sometimes known to throw tantrums and be hot-headed when things don’t go their way. Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac, is all about initiating new beginnings, starting new projects, and new life paths.Full Moons traditionally illuminate topics, thoughts, feelings and beliefs within us that need attention in order to transform. This particular Full Moon in Aries is packing a powerful punch, because it is blending together with the energy of Chiron, our wounded healer “planetoid”. This is a favourable aspect even though it’s not going to be fun. This favourable aspect and alignment takes place for the evolvement of our Souls, not for our human comfort levels.Chiron triggers our inner most childhood memories and trauma, and when blended with the Aries Full Moon energy, we are able to recognize those wounds, process them in a way that honors their place in our upbringing and survival, and then we can consciously rewrite the structures that now differ from our inner child's point of view.Have you ever made a statement that you literally stopped and asked yourself, "Do I really feel that way?" "Where did I learn this thought, belief, or behaviour?" Under this energy, we are able to take all the realizations we have under the Full Moon influence, and be ready to implement action in the areas in which things aren't working for us, and transform it into something that does. Ending September With A Bang

On your mark... Get set.... GO!As the energy to "take action" has been building under the organized and detailed influence of Virgo season, we are now going to hit the ground running. As the gun fires to mark the beginning of the race, we give it everything we got to reach the finish line ending many karmic agreements. Many of us have been in the awkward space between chapters ending, but new chapters not quite ready to begin. In this last week of September, we will have lots of planetary support to step out of the planning and visualization stage of our new goals and dreams, and into a place of power and action.On September 21^st, we have Mercury, the planet of communication and conversation moving into Libra, the sign of balance, harmony, and one-on-one relationships. Remember how Virgo season came with a warning to be mindful about how you speak to others, and yourself? How to be mindful that Virgo energy could make your tongue sharp and maybe exercise critical judgement on yourself or others? Well, Mercury moving into Libra will provide you with an opportunity to clear the air in any conversation that potentially hurt others or caused confusion during the Virgo season. With Mercury in Libra, we can expect everyone to lower their voices and be calmer, more pleasant and gentle. Libra is a very harmonious sign, offering balance and fairness into all that we do. Because Libra is focused on relationships (not just romantic ones), the way we communicate one-on-one will be heightened as we have the opportunity to clear the air (if needed), and to express ourselves with such ease and kindness that you can get to the bottom of any issue without "shit hitting the fan".On September 22^nd, we have our Equinox! It is at this time of year that we focus on our abundance, as our ancestors used this time to harvest their crops, to help them last through the dark days of winter. It’s important for you to recognize that this is a changing time in your spiritual journey. It’s a time to quiet the mind and look inward to see what messages come up for you. If you recognize that you have a “lack” perspective (not having enough, money, energy, food, etc.), I invite you to shift your focus on what you DO have, and adopt the abundance perspective (I have love, support, shelter, etc.). As the seasons change, so do our Souls. This is a time to reflect on all we’ve accomplished and what parts within us that still need to be healed. Winter is a time for healing, so it’s only natural that we shift our focus into tying up lose ends in our harvest period, before entering into a state of hibernation and healing.On September 23^rd, we have the Sun moving from its time in Virgo, to entering into Libra until October 22^nd. Libra season is a time when the scales of life are balanced, both naturally, or with a gentle, but loving nudge. There is an air about Libra season that literally sweeps change in so gently and peacefully, that you may not even realize the changes have taken place. Libra is all about what is fair and just in the world. If you have any legal matters on your plate, Libra energy will support you, making sure the decision is as fair as possible. Venus, the planet of love, beauty, and pleasure, rules Libra making things of beauty and luxury a focal point. Libra gentle sweeps into our lives and makes things balanced and pretty again. Relationships, both old and new, will benefit from Libras energy, as there is nothing more important under this influence then making sure the relationships are balanced and filled with love.On September 24^th, we have the Full Moon (all about our feelings and what needs to be released) in Aries the sign of action, energy, and passion. This planetary alignment will allow each of us to step into a place of power. We will be able to take charge of situations that we’ve been struggling to make sense of. I have been speaking about how the energy hasn’t been ready to support implementing NEW actions, and how we’ve been in a state of planning and visualizing our next moves in life. Under this Full Moon energy, we are going to switch our focus from planning and visualizing to actually DOING! This is an exciting time as many of us has been bursting at the seams with energy to start taking action and making steps in your new path and new goals. Beware and ensure that this pent up energy is exerted in productive ways, as it has the potential for being displayed through acts of anger. Aries, notorious for being hot-headed when the energy isn't released properly, can have our passion crossing the line into anger and/or irritability. The Full Moon intensifies our emotions anyways, regardless of what sign its in, so this placement in Aries can only intensify those particular feelings of intense passion or anger. Anything goes under this Full Moon! Things will come to light under this full that may surprise you. Whatever you’ve been feeling good about or feeling like you need more information on before acting, will suddenly reveal different feelings or perspectives. It’s okay to change your mind, it’s okay to re-edit your plans, and most of all, it’s okay to feel differently about taking certain actions in your life. This Full Moon in Aries is the starting line for the new paths we are about to walk. We’ve surveyed the course, identified potential obstacles, we've visualized running the course and crossing the finish line as a victor, and now we are at the starting line, in position waiting for the gun to go off, 3, 2, 1…. GO!Lastly, on September 30th, we have Pluto the planet of transformation, going DIRECT in the sign of Capricorn, the sign of career, rules, and responsibilities. After its 5 month retrograde, we are now ready to unleash our inner warrior and release our deepest and darkest dreams and desires onto the world. Think back to April, is that when all the walls came tumbling down around you? Many of us have had our structures rattled and some have even fallen to the ground. Whether this took place in your career, home life, or relationships, we have been politely avoiding cleaning up the mess. Now that the energy from the Aries Full Moon has waved the green flag to go and get moving, there is no denying the pile of rubble in our lives now. We have had the organized and detailed energy of Virgo season to help us think and analyze how we are going to clean up the mess, but now with Pluto going direct, we have the broom and dust pan in hand to scoop up the debris and see what we can do with it. For some, we will toss the rubble into the trash and start on a fresh, clean slate. For others, we will pick out some chunks that we can use to create something better than it was orginally. How Becoming Spiritual Made Me Feel Shittier About Myself

 This is a pretty loaded blog post, but we have too much going on in the sky to not mention it. I will definitely try my best to keep it short, but there are things going on that you MUST know about.Today, September 9th, (9/9) holds 3 VERY important planetary events that deserves mentioning. The first being the New Moon. We have the New Moon taking place in the sign of Virgo. Because the Sun and the Moon are currently in Virgo as well, this transit amplifies the energy shift happening here. New Moons are a very beneficial lunar phase, as it strengthens us by lending us their reliable and restorative properties. This helps us cultivate and invite new ideas and actions into our lives. It's a great time to create anything new really, and also signifies the full release of whatever was triggered for you by the last Full Moon.Anytime there is a New Moon this energy accompanies it. When these lunar phases take place in the zodiac signs, it takes on a whole new focus based off the sign's energy and influence. Today's new moon is focused on Virgo, and all the responsibilities, meticulous details, and high productivity Virgo embodies. It's a serious and stable energy, focused, and ready to do what it takes to reach the end goal. And, as much NOT fun as that sounds, we really do need this kind of energy during this time.This energy will have you in an excellent frame of mind to be planning and preparing for the future. Whether it's a new back to school routine, a new workout or diet regimen, or taking a serious look at the steps that need to be taken to achieve a larger project or goal, now is the time for thinking and planning. The Virgo energy lends us the focus and attention to details, and because productivity is the name of the game under this zodiac sign, a lot can be accomplished by being productive in your planning.The cosmic energy isn't fully supportive in taking action in life as of yet, (soon, be patient) but rather the New Moon energy in Virgo is encouraging us to walk through the visions in our minds  as if they were already here in reality. This marks the end of what has been a "comic shitshow" for what has seemed liked years. In reality, the summer packed a whole lot of astrological punches, but today, the cosmic chaos settles as we have reached the completion of a karmic cycle that has helped us determine who has elevated their frequency, or consciousness enough to make the 3D to 5D dimensional leap. Those of you who are sensitive to energies, no doubt have made the conscious decision to work on yourself and operate from a place of authenticity instead of letting the ego-mind lead your life.Basically, those who live in the heavier energies of negativity, hurt, anger, despair, will remain among that 3D level of consciousness, while those aware of their souls and actions from a place of spirit instead of heavier human programming will go on to vibrate at a higher frequency. Collectively, with those of us making that leap in consciousness, a new world really is being created.We have chosen to walk this path awake to the energies, spirits, and souls around us, connected to everything that is life. It's more than just being awake to what's happening to the world politically, or economically, it's more than being entertained and consumed with celebrities, gossip, crisis and trauma.Those of us that go out in this world trying to be better than who we were yesterday, and try to help others along the way, we are the ones elevating the worlds vibration and frequency. Individually we are evolving, and by connecting to one another through a global consciousness, we are doing the painful work of growing without feeling alone.There are more of us out there living in the light than those who are remaining in the dark. Love is winning. And the light that we carry within ourselves to light our own way, and the ways of others, WILL change the world's global vibration. It's a changing time and the comic and diving timing couldn't be more perfect.Lastly, (but definitely not the least impactful), Venus moves into Scorpio. The planet of relationships, love, and pleasure dives deep into the deepest, darkest, most transformative sign in the zodiac. When Venus is under the influence of Scorpio, relationships, and the REALNESS of each relationship you have, will be under the magnifying glass. Scorpio is the detective of the zodiac, and has no problem asking the tough questions to get to the bottom of the truth.There's no hiding from Scorpio, they see through your lies and especially your bullshit. So to have this kind of influence put onto your relationship sector, you can expect to expose some serious truths and uncover challenging information as you gain clarity.How we love, and how we need to be loved, in our relationships is being scrutinized. We are done dealing with shallowness and fake relationships, we are done with friendships that have no real foundation or trust, and we are definitely done putting up with toxic family members all to "save the peace". Boundaries have been tested, crossed, and now it's time to implement repercussions and consequences.With Virgo energy in other placements lending the accountability and responsibility in life, lesson's must be learned. Some will see relationships dissolve, others will recognize where in the relationship the problems lay. Again, we have the Virgo energy helping us with Venus in Scorpio, uncovering information and analyzing it in a detailed, rational, and organized fashion. Saturn Goes Direct

 Think back to April, what chaos and crisis graced your presence? Saturn, the planet of discipline, self limitations, and karma, began it's retrograde period (appearing to move backwards in it orbital path) on April 17th. This planet started its retrograde literally 2 days after the first Mercury retrograde of the year had ended. Saturn's retrograde effects kind of snuck in under the radar, cloaking itself under the normal chaos of a Mercury retrograde. Mercury Moves Into Virgo

 I am sure you are as grateful as I am to have survived (barely) another Mercury retrograde, but here we are, still standing after the storm of chaos. If you are a frequent reader of my articles you will have already read about the super challenging aspects we faced over the course of the summer between all the retrogrades and the eclipse season.When Mercury retrogrades (appearing to go backwards on its orbital path in the sky), it usually causes a chaotic state among communication, travel, technology, and mechanics. If ever there was a time to not be able to speak and think clearly, it would be during a mercury retrograde. You  find it hard to express yourself and have your thoughts well received by others, and most times, what you MEANT to say, doesn’t actually get said. Computers crash, emails get lost in cyber space, and anything mechanical seems to malfunction or break completely. It’s a time of utter confusion and most people can’t wait for it to be over.But here we are, on the other side on the coin. Mercury is now direct, and about to enter into Virgo. If you experienced conflict or disagreements with others throughout the retrograde period, you will now have the energy and understanding to find a solution and resolve the matter. If you experienced technological or mechanical breakdowns, you may just find that your “broken beyond repair” item has suddenly healed itself overnight and is now in normal working order. The Sun Moves Into Virgo

 Ahhhhhh…. You feel that? That sense of semi-calmness? The feeling of knowing what has to get done? We are able to clearly recognize what crap still is attached to us, and instead of focusing on letting it go right now, the Virgo energy will allow us to see its actual importance in our lives, and provide us with the clarity and strength we need to not give it any weight.We no longer have the patience or energy to think about, or explore these negative obstacles. Today, August 7th, we have Uranus - the planet of surprises, independence, revolution, and innovation - moving into Taurus, where it will stay for the next 7 years. This is a MAJOR shift in energy. What's super interesting is to know, is that the last time Uranus was in Taurus, we had the worldwide launch of ATMs and the introduction of the physical shopping cart!There are many exciting things we can expect to see launched over the next 7 years with this transit, and of course, the pros and cons of each new idea implemented will be debated and worked through. Do You See The Signs?

 In many of my readings, Spirit will mention that they’ve been sending lots of signs, but they are being ignored. I’ll ask my clients if they’ve been receiving any signs from Spirit, and most of the time the answer is “No.”I usually ask them if they are SURE that they haven’t seen any signs, and then start rattling off all the ways that Spirit tries to get our attention: Any wildlife experiences?! See a dragonfly lately? Are you waking up at the same time at night? Do you hear the same song over and over again? Has any electronics have been acting weird? Receive a feather lately? Are you finding dimes? Have you had any weird dreams? Do you see the same numbers everywhere? What about weird smells?Once I go down my list, more often then not, it will trigger an “ah-ha moment” within my client, their eyes light up, or the excitement in their voice rises! “Yes! But I didn’t know THAT was a sign!”. Oh my, le sigh. That’s the problem, we receive signs from Spirit and the Universe ALL THE TIME but people don’t realize that THAT’S A SIGN!!When my clients finally realize that the deer they saw the other night, the eagle they saw fly over head, the dragonfly that sat on their chair, the clock displaying 3:33 on the clock when they wake up at night, the SAME song playing on the radio every time they turn it on, their child’s toy going off in the middle of the night even though they are turned off (and in one case, had the batteries removed), finding a feather perfectly placed on their path - or even better, when they float down from the sky right in front of their eyes, finding shiny dimes in weird places, having profound, intense dreams - even dreams of deceased loved ones, and smelling scents and fragrances that trigger memories of a particular person (is that stinky cigar you Gramps?!), THESE ARE ALL SIGNS!!! This is how Spirit can communicate with us and get our attention. Most times people just pass it off like it didn’t happen or it wasn’t significant enough to talk about, but the truth is, the messages and signs they send are HUGE!!Often times, when I’m struggling in life and desperate for help, I will call out to the Universe and ask for a sign. Talking to Spirit or the Universe isn’t complicated. You can talk to them in your head like you do when you are pretending to win arguments with people when you’re in the shower (we all do it).  So you’ve asked for a sign, now you have to wait and PAY ATTENTION!! And for Christ sakes, if they send you a sign, and you actually receive it, please don’t ignore it if it wasn’t the sign you wanted. So many of us only want to hear the answer to something if it’s the answer we WANT to hear. It’s very easy to dismiss a sign because it wasn’t what we wanted.I often laugh when clients who see a sign they asked for, but aren't sure if that was actually a sign, so they ask for another one. Each time, not knowing whether they were “getting it” or not.If you don’t regularly see feathers fall out of the sky, but you happen to see one falling, chances are, THAT'S A SIGN!If you go to work the exact same way every day, then all of a sudden you get the urge to re-route at the last minute, only to find out later that there was an accident on the normal route you take, at the same time you should have been driving by, THAT'S A SIGN!If you are feeling alone in the world, hopeless and depressed and you escape to a public bathroom to cry in a stall, and you look down and see a shiny dime staring you in the face, THAT'S A SIGN!!If you are trying SO HARD to force something to work, and it’s just not working out, regardless of how many different ways you’ve tried to make it work, and it STILL won’t work, THAT'S A SIGN!!!We tend to over complicate things and have higher expectations for the way our sign is delivered to us than we should. I think most of us expect the sign to be soooooo clear cut, and in your face, that there’s no way of missing it, and it’s just not like that. You’re not going to be sitting in traffic wondering if you should quit your shitty job and ask for a sign and see a panhandler stand up with a sign that reads: “Yes Sharon, you should quit your shitty job... This is your sign.”You shouldn’t be on your daily jog asking the Universe to send you a sign about whether or not you should leave your abusive husband, and expect to trip over an duck with a note in its mouth saying: “Yes Karen, ditch that abusive a**hole husband of yours!” It doesn’t work like that!The first thing you need to be doing, is posing the question to yourself first. Quiet your mind long enough to hear your Soul’s answer and guidance. How does each answer FEEL inside of you? Be your own compass first! Then, when you have a thought in your mind, a decision you’d like to make, ask for VALIDATION by receiving sign.As many of you know, I have been experiencing a pretty intense life shakedown. I am back at the bottom having to rebuild every aspect of my life, and it’s been super overwhelming. Although it's a huge opportunity for growth, suffering and  hardships are never easy or fun, even when you understand that it’s all happening as part of a bigger plan.I had finally made a decision on what path I should take, and although it felt good to my Soul, I still needed validation that I was on the right track. I was sitting out on the deck, listening to the wind rustle through the trees, the birds chirping, and the traffic go by off in the distance. I had a moment where I couldn’t even breathe anymore without busting into tears. Knowing the ugly cry wasn’t far off if I let the flood gates open, I need to distract myself.Normally, I’m all about expressing my feelings and honouring the energy that needs to be let out, but on this day, I knew that crying wasn’t going to help anything. It was only going to bring me down and I didn’t have the energy to pick myself back up. So in an effort to distract myself, I quickly got up and headed out into the yard to retrieve a soccer ball at the far end of the property.My dogs are my happiness and motivation to be better and keep on fighting my way forward in life, so I usually like to involve them as my distraction. What better way to avoid your feelings than playing soccer with your dog, right?! As I made the journey towards the soccer ball, I seen something shiny sitting a foot or so, in front of it. It had beautiful colors to it as the sun hit it. As I got closer, there sat the most perfectly positioned sign a brokenhearted girl could ask for... a feather from the Universe.When you ask for signs, you have to recognize the signs, and you have to be grateful for the signs regardless of whether or not you understand them, or want to hear them. As soon as you see a sign, THANK THE UNIVERSE! Even if you don’t understand the meaning of it, THANK THE UNIVERSE FOR IT!We ask for, and receive signs every day, but if you don’t know how to recognize them, you may feel that your requests aren’t being answered. Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

So, you remember those changes you wanted to see in your life? Do you recall all the moments over the past couple of months that you suddenly had enough of your situation and thought to yourself "I don't know what the solution is, but this sh*t better change soon?" Something's gotta give, right?! Well, here we are on the eve of the most powerful energy shift we have experienced thus far. Hard to believe right?! it seems like we've done nothing but ride the waves of a choppy sea lately with all of these GD shifts!Today, July 26th, 2018, we have Mercury, the SIXTH planet to go retrograde (which are just too much planets in retrograde to not have a HUGE shift take place). You can read about that here.Tomorrow, we have the LONGEST LUNAR ECLIPSE OF THE CENTURY taking place!!! Is the world going to end?! Well, yes actually. But not in the way you think. It is hard these days to not see the huge changes in the world as we know it. Our global platforms are changing; political systems, government, communities, households, and individuals. We are living in times where old structures are being broken down, where we are watching the world both come together and be split apart. We are living in times of extremes; conflicts, and ideas. We have no choice but to see the black and white of the global issues, and then see the fight for the grey area. It's challenging.Even our minds, the way we think, and how we communicate and interact with each other is being altered. The energy in which we connect, and in how we divide, is intense. Everyone is fighting for something. And as promising as it is to see groups of strangers come together to fight a common fight, it's also JUST as heartbreaking to see the hurt, the pain, and the weight, of living in this world creates within individuals.

 We are seeing celebrities take their own lives at an alarming rate. What's sadder is the lives that get lost every day to the same cause go unmentioned because they aren't celebrities. The world is in pain, and that is a huge wake up call for us healers to stand up and do our part.This Full Moon Aquarian Lunar Eclipse is calling us to walk into the shadows of our lives. Only through the darkness can you see the light. It is a time of HUGE transformation as we release the shadows that collectively, and individually, we need to let go of before we can fully embrace the new version of ourselves, our new ideas, and new vibrations.It's hard to do though right?! Especially when we don't know what to expect! Sometimes that's the greatest challenge. All too often we get comfortable living in discomfort, all because it's comfortable - the irony. We have a tendency to stick with what we know, even if it isn't what we want, all because it's familiar and predictable. Taking steps forward into a dark horizon, into a future that hasn't yet revealed itself, is scary shit! But if you take a breath and quiet your mind, your intuition, (your Soul's whispers) will reassure you that if you TRUST, and you put forth the ACTION to move forward, (even into places unknown), you will be rewarded with a life so full of love and abundance that it will be worth every day you've spent in the dark walking the path until it becomes illuminated for you. It's all about trust; trust yourself, your Soul, your Guides, the Universe; in whatever power you call "God", to have your back and reward you when you walk the path your Soul is aligned with.We are living in a time where the lines are being broken, blurred, and repainted in ways that allow us more freedom. Aquarius is the star of this Full moon and with Mars also in Aquarius the free-thinking, rebellious, freedom-fighter in all of us, is stepping up to the plate. A revolution is upon us, both in our inner and outer worlds. We are re-visting old problems and issues that need a new perspective and creativity in order to be solved.We are in a time of revisiting, rewriting and redoing old patterns, lessons, and themes, that didn't quite end the way they should of, a lot of them requiring more closure than others.
